As parents, we have so much to worry about from our kids getting good grades to if they are acting right out in public when we are not around. But what about worrying what your kids are texting about on their cell phones or instant messenger programs or emails? I don’t consider myself an over bearing parent, but I do keep up with what my kids are doing. I don’t consider that wrong, I consider it being a good parent.
I have heard on the news about kids having their own “language” on cell phones while they are texting. I want to know what they are saying so I can keep up with them and know what they are doing. So I decided to make a list of their language that they use while texting, some call it “l33t or leet” talk. Kids do this so us parents can’t understand what they are saying.
