Chick-Fil-A Standing Up For What They Believe In

Whether you agree or disagree with Chick-Fil-A on their views, you have to admire them as a company and individuals for sticking to their guns and not giving in.

With drive-thru lines wrapped around their buildings, I think there are many people that agree as well.  First, it was the company not working on Sundays because that’s the Sabbath day and now it’s them supporting their view on marriage.  I have attached this video of TYTNetworks talking about Chick-fil-A President’s  Comments.  Notice how many times the female news anchor mentions how “He hates the gays.”  Not once does the President of Chick-fil-A say that he hates gays.  This is exactly the reason why some news agencies (for a lack of a better word) suck at doing their jobs!

Just look at how busy the stores have been since this started.

So what are your thoughts on the whole Chick-Fil-A matter?  Do you like the fact that Chick-Fil-A is standing up for what they believe in or could you care less?

  1. I agree wholeheartedly! Regardless of what anyone in the press or the more extremist idealogical groups says, this country was actually founded upon freedom the freedom of the press, the freedom OF religion (not freedom FROM religion, as so many ignorant twits like to blather on about), the freedom to arm yourself as you see fit and the freedom (as implied and stated throughout our actual founding documents) to be an individual. Many people like to say the founding fathers wrote a separation of church and state into the Constitution. It’s nonsense, but whether you believe it or not, that would still not give non-Christians the right to persecute Christians the way they do. Every person in this country has the right to believe as he or she desires, and to believe that without being persecuted. But the ultra-liberals have decided that Christians are open targets to be hated and villified with impunity. Gays say they have a right to be gay, and they do. But don’t the same laws that give them the right to be gay give me the right to be heterosexual? Don’t the same laws that guarantee liberals to believe in and express their own ideas give me, as a conservative, the right to believe in and express my own ideas? And why should schools and business and organizations be forced to espouse acceptance and preference to homosexuality when none of those schools and businesses and organization are allowed to even mention their beliefs in or adherence to the principals of Christianity. In a nation founded on the rule of the majority, why is the minority the only group allowed to express or believe in their ideals? One thing we do all have a little freedom over is our wallet. If you don’t like the Christian beliefs or the liberal beliefs of a company or organization, why not do the common sense thing, and simply not support those ideals by not spending your money there? Why organize national campaigns to outlaw the very people wh guaranteed the right of the minority to exist in the first place.
