Its obvious that she is mad at you and trying to get you to further separate yourself from your relationship with your Son. If you do anything negative then she wins...If you go foward with documentation to the Courts of her actions as a mother to the childs father take my word No Judge will allow her to continue (but you have to be patience)...I went through the same with my ex...Please write time and dates that she would not let you have your son. Maintain a level head when addressing anything with her about your son and trust me this goes a long way...I was in a divorce for three years and I only made 30,000 dollars.

I paid my last child support check off last year and never had the courts intervene or miss a payment. I always had a level head (when dealing with her but inside I was roasted) and thought what would be my best alternative when it came to my son. I would not cave in due to lack of patience. My ex was sooo pissed at me that if the state made a 10.00 mistake due to them not adjusting for summer vacation then my ex tried to have my drivers license suspended.

call the cops and have him returned to you if there is no paper work filled against you then shes illegaly keeping you from seeing him

don't worry about facebook and myspace there all BS anyways, you can do all the same stuff here that you can on the other sites except find chicks but theres a lot less drama here

use the computer to check out the laws in your state and take it from there

Sorry to hear that man. The wife and my son are always concerned about getting me something special when all I really want for fathers day is to spend time with my boy and have fun doing things with him.
