I've never been there either. There is definitely no shortage of pizza places around here. We seem to eat at a different one just about every week.

speaking of Buffalo - any of you guys ever eat at Casa Di Pizza? We've got two locations down here in SW Florida and I love the pizza and wings...

We got Chan because NO other head coach wants any part in the mess that is the Bills organization. Shredd and Ragan (local radio guys) interviewed Chan this afternoon. Ragan asked what kind of other offers he was getting. Chan said he hadn't had any other offers.

Seriously?! WTF??

Wilson finally says he'd spend whatever it takes to get a quality Head Coach, and we get a guy that no one else in the NFL wants. He's been out of the league since August!

I hope he proves me wrong. But I don't have high hopes for next year.

Chan Gailey.  I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Has anything the Bills done lately make you feel good?  Why should this be any different   :laugh2:

They got T.O. though so thats a bonus right?

the same To that is at the tail end of his career and the only reason the Bills signed him is because no other team wanted him?  The same To that had more passes dropped than brought in for a touchdown?  We'll see if he's here next year.

for the Bills average would be a slight step up.  The reason the Bills got Chan is because our new GM has been his friend for 20 years, and old man Wilson still wants to meddle in the team and only hires people who let him.  blah.

wanted to see how some Bills fans would react to this. I'm not really sure what the thinking was with this, why didn't they wait until after the conference championships and Super Bowl and talk to some of the up and coming coordinators? Gailey was an average NFL coach and an average college coach at Georgia Tech (from wikipedia: Gailey compiled six winning seasons in six years at the helm. However, he never defeated Tech's biggest rival, the University of Georgia, never won the ACC, never went to a BCS bowl, never won more than 9 games, and never finished in the top 25.)

I guess that 1984 Division II national championship is more impressive than we know?

Chan Gailey was a winning coach with the Cowboys, but not a Super Bowl coach. I think he'll help the Bills in being a runner for a divisional title, but not make it through the play offs.

People who think they know it all really annoy those of us that do.

He coached my Cowboys for a couple of years. Not very inspiring.
