Well, today was the day.  Quinn's first day of preschool.  Megan said she did fine, had fun, but was happy to see Megan and WIlliam when it was time to be picked up.  (and if you could not tell, she is tall for her age... 3.5 years old and is over 40 inches tall, William is 31 inches tall and is 16 months old)

Hannah start K in 3 weeks. She's stoked about riding the bus and going to school with "the big kids".

Watching her go that first day will be rough.

Well Quinn and Megan went to see her preschool classroom and meet the teachers.  She is looking forward to it.  On Monday, will be her first day of school, preschool... where does the time go      =(

I had to put my baby girl on a bus with a stranger and watch her drive away two days ago. That was one of the hardest things I have ever done.

My oldest starts the 4th grade Monday... the next one doesn't start kindergarten until 2012.

People who think they know it all really annoy those of us that do.

Since the 9th?  Do they get out in early May or do they just have a lot of inservice/weather/holidays?

Like most others, it sounds, mine started yesterday.  3rd grade already.  Sheesh.

Today was the first day back to school for my kids. Luckily they are small enough to actually like it.
