I thought condemned 2 was a pretty good, I got all the way to the end but did not finish because NBA 2k9 had came out and I wanted to trade in a game to knock down the original price. Anyway I thought condemned 2 was a good creepy and scary game but these are some of the type of games I like to play and thats something you should ask yourself. good luck if you haven't chosen already.

I think R6V is a great game. As a matter of fact, I have started playing the game over the last 2 weeks (taking a little break to play Battlefield). There is still an online community, and terrorist hunt is still popular. There are a few achievements for playing the campaign co-op (up to 4 players) as well as co-op terrorist hunt (which is always fun). From the achievement propective, its going to be a little hard getting to elite status, and solo terrorist hunt )I just finished, which is 'stressful'), and campaign (which I need to finish) on realistic difficulty is pretty hard (because of limited checkpoints). Let me know i you need any help.

Millons Secret Castle or Final Fantasy both great games for the NES
Crono Trigger and super "anything"(seemed like half the games had super in the title) for snes

hope this helped l8r  :banghead: X-( :mad2:

I just got R6V#1 for $10, I'll get #2 if 1 is good- they both have good reviews
Bioshock#1 is Fn sweet, so is #2-#2 multi player is pretty fun and has a good amount of depth

I haven't purchased anything yet. Probably leaning towards Bioshock, but Keet might let me borrow that one.

Regardless, I get sucked more and more into Borderlands every day.  When I slow down on that and MW2 I'll definitely let you know.  I appreciate the offer very much.

No "Might" about it.  Send me your address in PM or my email (gmail) and I'll get it in the mail.

I definately vote bioshock.  One of my top 5 fav games of all time.  RB6V2 is fantastic as well, good multi but its not as great single player as bioshock.  Ass Creed is good but tedious, but is another oneof those games that are unbelievable.

I would have to suggest Bioshock. It is one of the most original titles in a long time, the only thing is that it has no multiplayer. I give the story high marks.

I have to agree with this one.   And then, after playing through Bioshock you'll be all jazzed to pick up Bioshock 2.  And, I'm completely addicted to the multi-player in #2 right now.
What if the Hokey Pokey IS what it's all about??

I would go with Bioshock. It was a very good game. Then either Rainbow 6 or Battlefield: Bad Company. I liked the story on these.  However don't count out FEAR 1 & 2, both have a very spooky feel to them and good use of lighting effects.

I loved Battlefield 1 and it had a great story and good multiplayer.  However, with the sequel coming in about a week, I'm not sure how the online will hold up.

Bioshock for sure. I heard Assassins Creed was good but I couldn't get into it. I also enjoyed Bad Company 1. Thanks guys for the heads up on condemned 2. I nearly bought it based on the first installment.

So I have $10 in reward zone points and gifts cards to Best Buy so I thought I'd get a cheap game, but not sure what is good.  Normally I love a game with a solid multiplayer base, but since that probably wouldn't be the case in this situation, I need a game that will keep me interested and that lasts a while...  Here are some of the choices...

Condemned 2 (I enjoyed the first one)                            Lord of the Rings: Conquest
Battlefield: Bad Company 1                                           Mirrors Edge
Rainbow 6: Vegas 2                                                     F.E.A.R. 1 or 2
Assassins Creed
Bioshock
Ghostbusters
Army of Two

There are some others that look like they'd be alright, or I've already played them.  Either way, these are the ones that caught my interest right away.  Thanks for an advice you can give me...

Condemed 2: I never played the 1st Condemmed, but I did play the second. Not knowing what to expect, it was not bad, butvery 'dark' I cannot say that I renjoyed the game, but I did finish the game, and have 1000/1000 in it. There are a bunch of multiplayer achievements, but some are very difficult to obtain without boosting. Everyone I spoke to who have played both, hate #2, and loved #1.

Battlefield Bad Company: I have always been partial to Battlefield over CoD. I think thathe massive maps, vehicles, (choppers, tanks, etc), make for a much more tacticle game. The single player was not bad, and certainly easier than CoD on Vetran. With the new game comming out in a couple of weeks, its a tough call.

Assassins Creed/Bioshock/Mirrors edge: All single player games, all could be had for cheap anytime. All great games.

Army of Two: I just started playing the game, not bad so far. would not pay more than $10 for it.

Lord of the Rings Conquest: the server is shutting down in 3 weeks, thus no multiplayer after that. Given that the game is less than 1 year old and they are pulling the plug probably says something. I recently ordered the game from Amazon, and will be playing it over the next few weeks, so at least you will have one player to play with, lol.

R6V2: A great game, and even better game to play the campaign coop with. The multiplayer is fun, great modes and still some people playing it. I never played the 1st one, and have it on my to do list, but just do not have the time to play it. R6V is really fun, if you can find a bunch of guys to play with. That being said, I think GRAW2 is the better game, but again, best with multiplke people playing it.

I have not played Fear or Ghostbusters, but I heard teh achievements for Fear are really hard to get.

That is such a hard choice really, but for me it would be

1.) Bioshock
2.) RB6:V2
3.) Assassin's Creed
4.) Ghostbusters
5.) Mirror's Edge
6.) Battlefield: BC
7.) Army of Two
8.) FEAR 1 and 2

Just a note that I've played all these games so this is based on my playing.  I whole heartedly agree w/ Cody about Condemned 2, and I loved the first as well.  Was my first game to 100% gs.  I would definitely not get LOTR: Conquest though as EA is about to turn off the servers at the end of March and that game is pretty much a multiplayer only affair w/ single player just being against bots.

Thanks guys.  Looks like its between Bioshock and R6:V2 which both do sound fun.  I'll have to think this one over for a day or so and see what happens and if other opinions come in that sway me one way or another...

Thanks again.

Condemned 2 is terrible and is only related to the first game by name.  I loved the first too, but the second is an abomination.

Most of those games you listed are great.  If you want something that lasts you awhile though, I would go with Rainbow Six Vegas 2.  I think there's still a solid online community for it and the single player was pretty good.  Plus terrorist hunt never gets old.

You can't go wrong with Bioshock and Rainbow 6.  Great games.

Out of the two, I'd take Bioshock.  One of the best games on the 360.

Out of those games I'd say Rainbow Six Vegas 2.  It has a good campaign mode and great multiplayer options with coop campaign, terrorist hunt, and standard competitive modes.

I don't think you can go wrong with Bioshock if you've never played it.  Great game, great story.

Bad Company 1 was alright...I ended up trading in mine after a single playthrough, though.

Army of 2 also got traded in.

Can't say about Ghostbusters, but I've heard good things about it.
