Nope, can't relate, since my wife is usually more mature about that, than I am.  We don't go out that often, anyway, but evne when we do, we still limit how much we drink.  But I do like the recording suggestion, with one exception...  don't hide it.  If the other person is going to be an ass about it, so be it, they'll see/hear it later on, when they've sobered up

I had the "party cam" tape replayed for me the next day a few times back in the day.

From that point forward, I toned down my drinking to be sure I wouldn't act like a total ass.

Ok, ok...I just made sure there were no cameras around.

I really can't relate b/c my wife doesn't drink, but nowadays w/ cell phones the way they are, I would try to record the conversation when she is drunk.  Not pointing the phone at her b/c that will only enrage her more, but just keeping the phone in your lap, or act like you are texting a friend.  I know you might be driving though, so this is just a suggestion.  But just get her recorded so she can see it when she is sober and realize what a B she is being.  Wish you all the best, and keep that patience going though.  I agree w/ not wanting to go in an area I don't know, but luckily my wife agrees.  Like when we go to New Orleans, we both say, "let's just get out of the city and then we can stop for gas/drink/bathroom, whatever."

Thats a good idea and I will definitely give it a shot the next time she starts acting crazy. Thanks for the advice

That's great advice.  I've told a lot of people to try that.  If someone is acting like an a**, record them somehow and let them see what it looks like to others.  Usually helps.

I had an issue with being drunk with my wife and a few friends. We had all been drinking playing beer pong and what not. Needless to say I got sh*t faced along with just about everyone there. ( great party by the way) but her friend also my co worker talk her into a three way. Me being as drunk as I was and being a male, I was like "HELL YEAH". Well we did the trio matress mambo but now everything is awkward between my wife and me, my coworker and me. I just dont even like going to work anymore cause I feel like sh!t because I feel like it is my fault that all of it happened. well that isnt exactly true I used to feel that way now im kinda I dont really care it happened I dont regret it.

I don't know enough to really comment on this one.  Can you give any more details?  Like, lots of details about the party in particular??   :drool2:

I can relate somewhat, my wife does have an occasional drink, but when she has a "girls night" all hell breaks loose!  Sometimes she comes home at all hours of the night or should I say morning.  Then the next day when she has to get up and take care of the kids, she yells at me because she feels like crap.  WOW i wonder why.

She has toned it down, but if I can I don't let her get to out of hand.

So best of luck to you!

LOL me and the wife both do that to each other. We were at a hockey game and she got a little tipsy and was yelling like a redneck (which is ok cuz i am one) plus when she is drunk she gets all hot and bothered which is good for me. and we went with some people to tour a brewery and party at all the bars in the party section of Manhattan KS (where Kansas state University is) and I got super hammered and embarrassed her in front of all the people she knows. lol

Yesterday I went to a red carpet event that one my best friends put together and was having a good time. Now I do not drink but my wife does, so to make a long story short. My wife gets a little too tipsy and starts talking crazy to me about getting some food when we were leaving. I told her it would be better getting some food that was close to where we live because I knew a couple of fast food places that stay open late and that I did not want to drive around some place that I'm not familiar with, that's completely gang infested, but of course she's drunk and can't understand that, and starts demanding that I get her food in the area we were at and continues talking crap. I get so tired of the B.S when we go and she's had too much to drink, but it's not like this all the time when we go out, but when it does happen the sh*t really pisses me off because she tries to act like she's fine and I'm the one acting like an a$$hole. However me still being angry I was still nice enough to get her food close to where we live after all her insults and while she was passed out in the car. :banghead:

Can anyone relate to this??
