I tried out HC Team Deathmatch and I'm getting double exp as well and they have the new maps in rotation already...  As long as everyone in the lobby has them downloaded....

Per someone on the Xbox.com forums, it looks like the new maps will finally include all of the play lists and offer the double points.

I've been playing Hardcore Ricochet, I hate having to change classes for non-hardcore matches...  In the HC bit, there's only Search & Destroy, Headquarter's and team deathmatch

There are two benefits of playing them in a rotation by themselves. The first is you get to play them so much that you learn them that much faster. The second is, for the time being they are double xp games. So I've been getting in excess of 10k XP per game, it's been awesome.

It's pretty impressive.  People are already masters at these maps.  I went way negative on a couple matches, which was pretty irritating.  It doesn't help that I never play most of the game types that keep coming up.

Seriously, I played more sabotage in the last day than I have since I bought the game.  I still haven't played all the maps (only one of the maps from 4).

So, the combo of new maps and game types I never play...all amount to me barely breaking even overall.

Still good maps, though.

The new maps are pretty fun, but the mixed game types is a real bummer.  Definitely getting extra EXP.  Just played a sabotage game and got over 14k exp from the one match, with only 28 kills.

I haven't seen any new titles...still "only" 22 pages of titles (pretty sure this is how many there were before the new maps).

Seriously, though...game type rotation sucks and almost makes me regret spending the points.  Almost.

you mean it doesn't get put in with the regular rotation? like in cod4? thats **cking stupid

Yeah, new titles, had several come available to me since I started playing this afternoon on the new maps...

And the Dbl XP is only good on the new maps...  Not sure if it'll open up to the rest of the game modes ot not...

I also don't like the fact that the new maps have rotating game modes :(  I absolutely hate Search & Destroy   :banghead:

Quote from Woody's post on Double XP

"Double XP

Originally planned to do it this weekend, but we’ve decided to throw the Double XP switch early when the new maps hit. So jump online with the new DLC and check out the two new DLC specific playlists."

From Major Nelson and others at Xbox Support.

The Stimulus Package needs a Title Update and it didn't go out properly. We're pushing it out now - it won't be long. ~e

If you're getting "Can't download the update" that's us putting the latest update in place. Excuse our dust, we'll be done ASAP. ~e

Right now the team is getting things in order so this will be fixed VERY soon (within hours.) I will post a status update as soon as I get one from the operations team. Until then, thanks for your patience.

BTW: When I say hours, many of you may have it fixed before then. That's a worst case scenario. Thanks to many of your for your patience.

Not sure exactly what, but it says it needs a title update.  Should be up in 30 minutes supposedly.

I play this game so much, I might as well just buy them.  I wonder if they are going to incorporate them into the map rotation or just have an option to play those maps.
it will incorporate them into the rotation unless you have someone in your party who doesn't have them then it won't lol
