thanks, its in about 2 weeks  (on the 26th).  But it will all depend on how i am feeling.   That 6 weeks off really f***ed me up on distance.  I am sure it had a little to do with the lack of sleep also.

So I decided to spend my rest day running 8 miles, and let me tell you at the time, i was regretting that decsion.  I woke up earlier than anticipated and decided to run (while it was some waht cool-85 degrees).  This after getting only 3 hours of sleep.  What a mistake.  While my time was where i wanted it to be, i felt sluggish and sore as hell.  From mile 5 on i was ready to quit, but kept hanging in there.  I am not sure if i will be ready for the half marathon in a few weeks.  Hopefully i was so sore because of so little sleep, we shall see.

8 Miles (1:11:12)  roughly a 9 minute pace.
