Received instant Pot pressure cooker for Christmas. What a cool and easy way to cook. A lot of things can be cooked from frozen to delicious in 30 minutes.

If you like Indian food, there are many dishes you can cook in the pressure cooker, as many Indian recipes are considered to generate much better results from being cooked in a pressure cooker.  They also often take very minimal preparation time, and it generally takes care of itself after that, leaving you to get on with more pressing things.

That sounds like a good little utility, is it almost like a Japanese rice cooker then?

I think so, mine should be arriving soon so I'll test it out.

My wife is mildly obsessed with ours. Honestly, the biggest benefit of it is how much cheaper we can make greek yogurt. The price of a gallon of milk is way the hell cheaper than 16 individual servings of greek yogurt.

She tries to make use of it in cooking just about anything she possibly can though.
Nothing beats corny dad jokes
