Try this out - learned about it through some olympic athletes who make this on the go when they're traveling and having to eat out of hotels. They DONT eat the hotel breakfast typically, believe or not
1/4 cup oats
3/4 cup water
slow cook the oats on the stove.
while they cook, create a bowl mixture of:
spoonful unsweetened cocoa powder
spoonful chia seeds
spoonful hemp seeds
spoonful peanut butter
1/3-1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 scoop whey protein powder
spoonful milled/ground up flax seed
pour cooked oats over the top of the bowl, and BAM.
This will give you energy for HOURS upon HOURS.
And it tastes like a peanut butter and jelly/honey sandwich
