Received instant Pot pressure cooker for Christmas. What a cool and easy way to cook. A lot of things can be cooked from frozen to delicious in 30 minutes.

If you like Indian food, there are many dishes you can cook in the pressure cooker, as many Indian recipes are considered to generate much better results from being cooked in a pressure cooker.  They also often take very minimal preparation time, and it generally takes care of itself after that, leaving you to get on with more pressing things.

That sounds like a good little utility, is it almost like a Japanese rice cooker then?
