Wow Page 3 and already 6 earmarks that have nothing to do with helping our economy, I'm gonna love reading this.

"For an additional amount for ‘‘Periodic Censuses and Programs’’,
$1,000,000,000."  WTF, why isn't this picked up by the $400+ billion government budget for 2009.  It doesn't belong in a recovery package.

"For an amount for ‘‘Digital-to-Analog Converter Box Program’’,
$650,000,000, for additional coupons"  because we all know TV is so very important that people need it to survive.

fck I'm only on page 14, this is depressing.

$3+ Billion for the military (each branch is covered by a certain amount including reserves)  Again, why is this not in the yearly budget, why is it an econmic recovery plan?

What bothers me is that all of our A-hole congressmen voted for this without reading it. It would take several days to actually read and understand everything in that bill.

Well not all of congress voted for this, I think only 3 republicans in total voted for it and 11 democrats didn't vote for it.
