Chantix does have high blood pressure listed as a side effect.  Maybe you should place a call to your prescribing doctor and run that by him.

He prescribed them both to me at the same time.   LOL

Had my annual physical today.  My BP was 110/80 they say that is very good so I don't need to worry about that.  Now just have to wait for my cholesterol tests to come back
