Chris.  You know I'm on our side.   After all, we are Dads Helping Dads here.

I hope things truly work out for both of you, but remember this.   Any mom who is willing to give up her kids for someone else.....  That's just wrong and it should make you think.

My ex wife did the same exact thing yours did.   She cheated on me, I found out,  I kicked her out and filled for divorce, she came here one night crying begging me to come home.....I told her no!   Some mistakes in life you get ONE chance.

But, I really do hope you guys find happiness and if you want to work it out....then work it out.    I wish you the best!

***UPDATE***

The affair took a 2 week vacation, but I discovered another text message. So our "marriage" is over and done with.

She finally owned up and told the truth.

So I am done with her. This would have been easier 4 weeks ago.

Thats rough Chris.  She rips your heart out once and then gives you a bit back, then 2 weeks later rips it out.

You don't deserve that.

I say good riddance.

The best of luck to you man.  Good luck with what happens in the near future.  I hope for the best for you and your kids.

Chris, I'm incredibly sorry to hear of all the extra BS that you've been put through and that this is the way it wound up for you.  I hope you can come to some agreements as far as the kids go and this doesn't get truly ugly.  No matter what, remember to love them and put that first, over all of the hate that is no doubt boiling along about her right now.

Our original agreement still goes, the kids will be with me monday - friday and with her on the weekends. Her bf is not allowed around them ,if he is caught around them her visitation becomes supervised. She still agrees to pay me $600 a month in child support. (subject to change if needed)

I just love the head games she felt compelled to play.

Sorry to hear she's putting you and the kids through this, again. Stay strong, and if you need to, I'll come over with a 6-pack or something.

Damn Chris.   I'm sorry man.  I really don't know what makes women do that.  I wish there was something I could say to make things alot better, but I know there isn't.

As weird as it sounds,I knew we were going to end up divorcing. I am also looking forward to the next chapter of my life, and my adventures as a single father.

I am going today to look at some new places for the kids and I. I am sort of excited about this change.

Well that's good to hear. A friend of mine is kinda going through the same thing (divorcing after 10 years, with 2 daughters). He's actually in a real good mood about it. Apparently he's been miserable for a while.

Good luck, bud. And if you need help moving, I got a truck (for now).
