Ok, so this was a real lite week for me. Sometime between last fridays Crossfit workout and Saturday morning, i hurt my leg. The same leg that had been giving me issues months before, and was a little painful while running. I then went and did the stupid thing and ran 10 miles last Saturday night with the bum leg. All the while, the leg had appeared bruised and a little swollen.
So flash forward a week, and even though i have not ran at all it is still bruised, and plan to go see the doc to make sure it is not a stress fracture, In the mean time i plan on biking and doing lite upperbody workouts, and if it is a stress fracture, i will ease back into the running for recovery. So totals for this week:
Running: 10 miles
Walking:14 miles (no way to get around the walking)
So will bike rides count towards fullfilling the DP challenge... Not to worry, i plan on being 100% better for the new DP challenge starting in Oct.
