Damn Randy! You're putting in some SERIOUS mileage. Has your weight plummeted?
My work:
Run: 6.5 mi
Bike: 36 mi
Gym: CFx3 days
Starting to notice aesthetic changes in body composition. Weight hasn't really changed. Bike performance is increasing, with sustained efforts on the flats getting faster and longer, but I'm really chewing up the hills. Most of my strength increase seems to be between my knees and hips. Strangely I'm up 20lbs on my shoulder presses but I haven't done much work with this exercise. Must be all of the pushups, pullups and dips.
I'm jonesing to do a long run this weekend.
