OK, it was a big week of biking and CrossFit. I m rally beginning to pickup this whole CrossFit concept, and think that my body has been in more pain (the good pain) this week than in a long time. Great workouts.
CrossFit x 5 days (including literally hundreds of pull-ups this week)
Stationary Bike Ride x 34 Miles (2 of which exceeded 10 miles)
