I'm guilty of the "that's not so hard" too. That quickly changes to "what the F was I thinking??? I can't wait til tomorrow!"
no matter how much it hurts it's that sense of accomplishment that keeps us coming back for more.

I think Frank needs a badge
Hell yeah, badge me up lol

Definitely take Bobs advice on starting at the bottom of the WODs.  I have had numerous injuries (mainly from deadlifts and improper form), but also from chewing off more than i can chew.  But it is a blast, and i definitely like the variety.  (I am missing the thrusters), LOL

Any of you guys think about adding this to your workout routines?

http://www.crossfitendurance.com/

I started reading about this and I think once I get into a good routine with my regular CrossFit WODs I may add these endurance WODs I mean I'm already doing a run program and this sounds like it will have the same benefits with shorter workouts.

I've been going through the CrossFit forums and found this,

http://www.board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=50739

it's great for those who can't get to a gym or don't have the equipment to do all the exercises. Until I can get to SubZero and/or get some equipment to be able to workout at home I'm going to start using these bodyweight workouts and I'll just add my WODs under the posts for your WODs.

Great find Frank! These would be great for when you're traveling too when you don't have access to any weights.

I'll  create a new post with a link to the PDF then sticky it.

You should post up the program I sent you too Bob, the one that I've been doing.  Not too many weights involved with that one

sounds great, i could definitely benefit from these types for all of my travel and work issues. FYI, i fly back to Iraq on Wed, and will arrive by Friday, and hope to be readjusted to timezones by Sunday to starts WODs on Monday.

Damn heading back already?

yea, but the 2 weeks have gone buy a lot slower than i thought it would.  Feels like i have been home longer than that.  The good thing is, that when i go back i only have about 10 weeks left which will hopefully go quick because of the holidays.  (2 week after i get back= Thanksgiving, a month later= Christmas, then New Years, then about 2 weeks later our replacements show up, with me getting home somewhere around the Super Bowl.  (FYI will be up in PA somewhere between 25 Feb and 25 Mar... most likely first week of March)
