Ok, so it has been about a month since we have posted about our weekly workouts and figured i would try to get it started again. Personally this past week has been a wash due to an injury. However i did get a decent 4 mile recovery run in. In addition to this run, i am still walking about 15 miles a week to got to and from work and food. Injury is feeling better, and i hope to start CrossFig again tomorrow. But we shall see.
