OK, so i started increasing the distances on my runs this week, and managed to finish 2 5 mile runs back to back with decent time. Now i just have to get rid of this nagging pain in my one knee. And for some reason i think i may have lost my stride, as when i run my left leg seems to make a lot more noise than my right one. Might be time to switch the shoes out. I also registered for my next half-marathon (which will be in 3 weeks). I will be running alot of miles (or long periods of time) over the next few weeks to try to get a little better. We will see how the endurance building and leg intense CrossFit workouts help me out.

I also finished the Daddyplace 1000 mile Challenge this week, FINALLY. New Challenge will start 1 Oct (i will try to have it up this weekend for you guys to join).LOL. So here are my stats:
CrossFit: 2 days
Walking: 15 miles
Running: 12 miles
