Friday Get Fit Check In 09/10/10

It was a good week for me this week.  ENded up getting in my longest run in a few months (8 miles) and was able to maintain a 9 minute pace.  However, after having only 3 hours of sleep the night before, i was completely spent.  I am still unsure about the 1/2 marathon n a few weeks.  I do not want to rush into it and hurt myself again, so we shall see.  Stats for this week:

Running: 12 miles (8, 4)
Bike: 5 miles
Walking: 15 miles

This coming week i hope to get a 9-10 mile run in but we shall see.

Had a light week this week.  Just coming back from my trip, holiday weekend and jet lag will do that. 
Ran 12 miles
CF 3 nights

Next week will be different.  According to my marathon training schedule I have a long run of 18 MILES!!! this Sunday.  yipe!

yea, all injuries seem to be better.  Runs are feeling a little better.  There is still a little stiffness in the left leg from when i hurt my back last month, but all seems to be better.  Just taking the trasition easy.  Tired of being injured. 

I also forgot, i did CF: 5 days

Bike 21 miles
Run 16 miles
Abs/Core/Thighs --- 3 times for 1-1/2 hours.
If nobody is going to bleed to death within the next 12 seconds, calm down there, Cowboy.
