Holiday Treat thats Easy
« on: December 16, 2010, 04:52:54 PM »
Got a great and easy recipe thats kind of like a tradition in our family for Caramel Pudding.

take a can of Sweetened condensed milk, take the label off. DO NOT OPEN CAN. submerge can in water and boil for 4 hours. we usually do 2 or 3 at a time and you do have to keep adding water to keep it submerged. when done let cool (we usually do overnight in fridge) then open can and voila! caramel pudding. Its very sweet so a spoonful at a time will do ya.

I have always been told not to heat a can up too hot and also not to put one in the frig.    Your gonna make me break everything that I have ever been told to not do!    LOL

I have to admit I'm surprised the can doesn't pop.
