Good find Frank. I'll vouch for the SFH products. I only take the fish oil, which has been great, but I think I'll look into the protein too.

I seem to think BMack's rant is going to ruffle quite a few feathers in the CF community with regards to the t-shirt wearing athletes. In almost every video you're guaranteed to see one athlete rockin' the Progenex gear. But the truth hurts.

You'e right on that point but I think it would cause more of an issue if it had been someone else who said it, Brian is a well respected guy and his words don't come lightly so it may just make some of them really pay attention to what they are endorsing. I have a number crossfitters on my friends list on FaceBook and from chatting with some of them they don't even realize how big of an influencs they are, I even was considering buying some Progenex products based on the hype but Brian's words made me take a double take and really look into what I'm buying.
