CFE Strength and Conditioning  Rest Day
Choose ONE of The Following Sports:
Swim, Bike, Run, C2
SC: 20 Min
LC:45 Min
U. 65 Min
Cover As Much Distance As Possible For Your Distance

For example, when picking a course to follow for a triathlete use your total race time not the time for each split of the race.
Yes, people may follow different courses for the same distance race or event.
For example, some marathoners may follow the LC course. Some marathoners may follow the U course.
SC = Short Course (<2hrs)
LC = Long Course (2-3hrs)
U = Ultra Distance (>3hrs)

I did the long course 45min and I made it 9.25km I think I could have made it farther if the roads had been better.

These Endurance WODs have really helped, the goal is to be able to maintain that pace or a little better for greater distances.
