The workout asks for Cleans. This involves pulling from the ground, and receiving in a squat below parallel. Couple things. Its time to be honest with yourself.
* if you have a horrible horrible deadlift, but a good front squat, perhaps you should try hang squat cleans until you have fixed your deadlift
* if you have a terrible front squat, but a good deadlift, perhaps you should try power cleans, and work on your front squat
* if your deadlift and front squat stink then perhaps you should do hang power cleans and work on the other skills independently
