Hey guys, did ya miss me lol. this looks like a fun WOD to get back to timed WODs , I've been working on improving form for the last few weeks so the stop watch is collecting dust. I will post times later today.

Ended up doing a pyramid of Burpees  15 down to 1.  Let me tell you, 120 total burpees suck.

@ Frank: Holy Sh!t! I was wondering what happened to you. Glad to have you back in the fold.

@ Keith: That's a helluva lot of power output on those burpees. Excellent job.

225 pound Deadlift, 12 reps

Time: 13:50

Buy in:
Hip mob
20 box jumps x 2
20 sit ups x 2
10 pull ups x 2 (PUx partitioned into sets of 2 alternating grip each set)
10 dips x 2

Cash out:
Back Squats
45# x 10
135# x 5
185# x 5
205# x 5

Shoulder presses:
45# x 10
115# x 5
125# x 5
130# x 3

Happy with my effort for the WOD. Run was done on the dreadmill. Didn't want to break my face on the ice slicked roads. Only had to break once on the 2nd set of DLs. Chalk and tape eliminated any grip issues.
