That was a great explanation, I've noticed in some of the comments on the main site that people are starting to bitch about too much of this or too much of that but when you step back and look at the big picture it all falls into place. That being said Yeah rest day  :excited: actually I've still got work to do today, MWODs, and Endurance work I have a half marathon coming up next weekend called the Hypothermic Half sounds fun don't it.

well not the most productive day but I did get a little running in about 5k. I was just checking out the main site and the upcoming WODs are going to be lots of fun
