I went Rx'd plus I just recently weighed the medicine ball that I made turns out it's #25. and I messed up the stop watch cause when I finished it read 00:00:00  :hairpull: oh well it felt great I wasn't able to go unbroken like you Bob but toke a quick break at 75 and 120 I'm going to have to do it again soon so I can get a time for it but I have a half marathon coming up on Sunday so I'm going to go easy on the WODs for the rest of the week.

great job guys, hopefully i can get back into CF in a few days.  I would do this one today, however no wall ball at home.  I need to make one real soon.
