Hypothermic Half
« on: February 08, 2011, 11:28:45 PM »
I will be running in the Hypothermic Half marathon on Sunday and so far only 17 people are registered and it's supposed to be a pretty nice day just barely below 0 and just a bit of snow people just don't know how to have fun lol

I know right?  :laughtat3: it's not like we're getting our normal February weather now that would be crazy to run in, but I would probably still be dong it though.

Well I survived just barley that course kicked my a$$, but I did manage to improve my PR time finished with 2:1:51.3 thats 7 min off my previous PR. I was doing awesome but then they threw in this monster hill at the turnaround it was a pretty steep incline for about a km and it just killed me  :laughtat3: plus running on a country road in the winter is a little different than in the city but I had a great time legs are burning and I'm ready to start training for the next race lol
