15 Chest to bar pull-ups
30 second Ring L-sit hold

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Pull-ups (Beginner or assisted okay)
15 second Tuck sit hold

10 overhead squats x 2
10 dips x 2
10 back extensions x 2
