Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Today everyone is a Big Dawg.  If you are unfamiliar with the lift please study the videos, start light and work on your technique.  Since the jerk is unspecified I would guess you could split or push.

Here are a few videos to watch:

Remember if your deadlift sucks you are going to have a problem with the first pull.  If you can’t front squat significant weight without having your back round you will likely have trouble receiving the bar.  Everything starts with technique and that goes double for Olifts.

nice work Bob  :up:
my legs just aren't ready for this one yet I was able to go for a nice long walk today and going to push for a run tomorrow so if the run goes good I should be ready to hit the WODs again as long as they're not too heavy on the legs. I think I might give Rob Orlando's challenge WOD a go later this week;

SB Challenge 2
Rob's WOD - Rob Orlando's WODs
Bodyweight Barbell Walking Lunges x 350 feet

Every time you drop the barbell there is a 20 air squat penalty.

Knee must graze the ground on EVERY rep.  No forward progress between lunges.

But I'll have to wait till my legs feel better

great job guys.  I have not done anything since i got home last week, been taking it easy, and chilling with the family.  I hope to start it up again soon, the problem is... i still have no weights at home, and have been too lazy to go run.  I need to get on this though for my goal of a full marathon in December.

@Frank: Are those challenges on the Hybrid site? I've got to check that out.

@Keith: There's always burpees :laugh2: Seriously though 3 sets of 10 push ups, sit ups and squats should only take 10 minutes. Gotta keep greasing the groove.
