45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

due to a few constraints i only did 3 rounds, but due to inactivity lately, the 3 rounds have completely wooped my a$$

Great job Bob.  Looks like real progress.  I like how you added a strength area.  I am thinking of adding a core workout with each WOD myself.
