Could only get one DL on the last set. I was completely cooked at that point. But I did get my first full ROM hspu!

Thanks Keith. It's strange because I haven't been working the hspu's at all. I did some negatives about a month ago but that's it. I guess all the pull ups have helped.

I've upped my protein too with 1 or 2 shakes in addition to all the beef and eggs I've been eating.

sounds great.  Once i get back from vacation, i will stat back up on the protein shakes and try to at more eggs.  I have lost some of the weight i had gained in Iraq, and need to get it back (it was muscle weight).  I need to get back int the gym also, which i will hit our free CF center on post once i return.
