I decided to create my own WOD for today in honor of Leap year I wanted to incorporate the date as well as my age and that wonderful 4 year thing so here's what I put myself through today;
2/29/76 (35yrs)
2 rounds
29 reps – 76lb thrusters
29 reps – weighted pull-ups (35lb)
29 reps – 35” box jumps
29 reps - Burpees
And ended with a 4 mile run
It seriously sucked but was still so awesome

something screwed up with the timer so I don't have a time but it took some time I know the first round was around 11 min the second one was even longer and the run took a little longer then a 4miler would normally take me. I will do something similar each year, next year I actually get a real birthday so I will make that one even better.
