Hey Dads!

This is something I'm trying out to see if we have enough participation and if the dads like it.  I have thought about this for along time (just ask Fro, I've bugged him enough over this).

For now, it's a work in progress.  Please give suggestions and opinions as much as you can.  I believe this can be a GREAT resource to Daddyplace and bring in several new users.

There is no need to create a separate account on the blog site.    Just go to the blog site and click login.  You will be redirected back to daddyplace and sign in there, it will ask for your password again and then send you over to the blog site where you will have your same username.  This is a GREAT feature that I have wanted for a very long time.

So, please check it out and get started blogging.    Thanks Dads!

It's entirely possible/probably I'm blind, but where's the link to the blog site?

Am I missing something??  On the blog page, I don't see a link to create a blog.

At the top of the page on the left side after you have logged in you will see your name.   Move your cursor over to Add New and then click on post.    That should do it.

But let me remind everyone.    When you click on login in the blogs, you will be redirected back to the main site to login, it will ask you for your password twice and then send you back to the blog.     This should be a one time deal.  What it is doing is copying your info from the main site into the blog site so the two can go hand in hand.

for some reason it does not give me enough time to log in the second time, redirects back to the main site.  Of course, might have something to do with me not remembering my login info.  lol

For some reason I'm not getting logged in.  It doesn't redirect me back to the blog, just stays here at DP when I click "Login"

Using Firefox 4.0.1 with scripts and java enabled

let me see if I get this straight Keet.    When you go to the blogs, you click login.   It brings you back to DP and when you do login on the main site, it stays on the main site.   Is this correct?
