Thanks guys!    I had to work today so it's just been a normal day.   At my age all I want are normal days.   LOL

LOL   Thanks John.   But I'm serious, my elbows and back and my legs hurt all the time now.   I need to get some vitamins or fish oil or something.   But there are so many products on the market, I am just over whelmed at what to take.

I may just start a thread about it.

I know what you mean Keith. I have many of the same pains from so many years of turning wrenches, lifting pumps and motors, and crawling into places not meant to crawled into.

A thread like that maybe would be a good one. I have the added difficulty of high blood pressure too. Many of the OTC anti-inflammatories and pain relievers are not good for you if you are hypersensitive. It takes a lot of research to find something that works for and/or with everything.

sounds like you been playing in the sandbox with the wife after the kids go to bed and shes tearing ya ace up....

I agree on the thread being a good idea, and I'd partake as I've been looking for something that doesn't have mass bonding agents, preservatives, dyes, and/or food colorings in them as I find taking a vitamin full of all that crap tend to make taking the vitamins kinda pointless.
