Weekly Weigh in

I remember Randy doing this about four years ago and it seemed like a good motivational tool... So here we go, for anyone who is interested, please post your current weight and your target weight. Weigh in's will be on Saturday, of course I realize that another day might work better for some and that's fine but I encourage you to maintain a routine weekly check.

Since I started my weight loss plan about 2 weeks ago, I'll back fill a bit of data (encourage others to do the same if they've been logging theirs').

MAY 19 - 224 LBS - TARGET 205
MAY 26 - 221 LBS - LOSS OF 3 LBS., 16 from target
JUN 02  - 217 LBS - LOSS OF 4 LBS., 12 from target

the scale is not the issue for me (not bragging), so i will be trying to revive the weekly exercise checkin.
