Now that sounds cool!  Nice job.  I forgot to post on Friday but I:

Ran - 22 miles
Karate - 2 nights
Walked a couple of days during the week at lunch.  About a mile each day

Every day, from here to there, funny things are everywhere

My week was pretty much a carbon copy of last week

Curse you Randy and your motivated fitnessing!

I did 1.5 hours of soccer games, another 3 hours of soccer training/drills.

No idea if it's having any impact, but it's fun and is helping me prepare for the indoor soccer season (Starts Sunday!)

the highlight for me this week was a 5K race that i ran last weekend.  I placed 5th overall (out of about 200 runners), and second in my age group with a time of 21:10.  Not a bad race, for not having ran a 5K in some time.  other than that it was yet again an easy week as i gear up for another half marathon in 2 weeks.

Ran: 11.1 miles
Upperbody.

It's been a good week!

Ref'd 2 soccer games. One was U15 boys, 70 min as the AR and the other was U10 boys, 50 min as the center. The U10 game was a blast! I love ref'ing the little dudes.  :)*

Walked the 8K. This felt really good and I am glad I did it. Wasn't sure I was ready for it, but apparently I was ready enough.

Walked 5 miles throughout the week.

Lost 4 pounds!  :excited:

I forgot to post last friday.
Ran 22 miles  Should have been more but I came down with a cold.  Tried to sweat it out by running through it but it caught up to me Thursday night at karate.  We were sparring and I was sucking wind so bad I had to sit out a few minutes.  Pushed a little too far so I took friday off and actually this whole past weekend.

Sorry to hear the cold has got you down! Great job on the 22. That's about 250 more than I would want to do.  ~o)
