Ways of History
« on: January 01, 2013, 11:48:45 AM »
This is what I have been playing lately.

It's a browser game, that really suits my needs for a game.  It is very slow paced and easy to play around my work schedule.  First few days it needs hourly attention.  But after that, it's log in a few times per day.  I like it, because I don't have to play for hours on end just to compete.

It is a strategy game, If you've ever played any of Sid Meier's, Civilization games.  It much resembles Civilization II.  But the pace is much, much slower.  Tech's are much more in depth and there are not many outrageous countries at the present time.  The graphics isn't much to speak of but the game detail options and level of difficulty make up for that in my opinion.  New sign ups also get like a 14 days of protection.

I like these types of games and If any of you know of any feel free to send em' my way so I can look at them,  my e-mail address is shared here,  just title it a game from DP or something similar so I know where it's from.

And if you decide to start playing, pretty sure continent 2 is opened up now.  So your neighbors would not be much further advanced then you at all.

Last if you want to sign up, could you please use my referral code so I can get some luck points?

I have been looking for a good game, just haven't really found one that peeks my interest.
I just recently got a kindle fire hd and I love it.  I'm trying to find a good RPG to play on it, in between watching movies/tv shows and reading books.  LOL

That's why I like ways of history,  I can set my cities orders and then leave it.  Try to schedule builds and reward time around the next time I can get on.  LoL.

If you try it, need advice feel free to ask.

Younger, I used to be a big RPG player.
I haven't found any of those that were really worth trying.
Tried Ultima Online for a while.  It's fun for something to do, but very time consuming.

I can't find one either.   Don't even know if I have the time for it.   I used to be into the xbox for years, but now I don't have that much of an interest in it.
I'm sure I'll find something, but right now the only thing that peeks my interest are facebook games.  LOL

FACEBOOK GAMES???

The only one there I really play is Age of Champions.  I got into that one and my friend actually runs three guilds.  He has way to much time on his hands.  LoL,  I took the time to build a platform where we can all work together as a big team.

If any of you dads play AoC on facebook and looking for a guild hmu.
Thanks,
James Reardon
