Hey dads...  :whoa:

What is the #1 struggle you have in being healthy? :S

Like, what is the greatest barrier to you getting off the 'gain 5 lbs per year for the 3rd year in a row' train?  :hairpull:

Mine is ALIGNMENT with the spouse :gaah:.  I don't really want to make the 'time' excuse (although that'd be easy to do) so I definitely go with that.

Curious at what ya'lls thoughts were though?

With me. It actually is time, or the lack there of. With 4 kids and working overtime there just isn't anytime left to do for me. Heck, I can't even keep up with stuff I need to do around the house.
