Getting out there again. It had been a tough couple weeks. I am back out there every other day and am doing tae bo on the days I don't run.

I moved too quick before and burnt myself out.

Cool!  My wife had one of those Tae Bo tapes.  That's a tough workout.  I was too uncoordinated to follow the guy half the time. 
Be careful with the burnout.  Try to run in different areas so it's different each time.
