Go stir crazy???
« on: April 28, 2006, 01:05:37 PM »
Anyone else go stir crazy from being at home with the kid(s)?  I am glad Spring is finally here so I can start going to some of the annual car meets/shows and softball started too.  I love staying at home, but it can get quitel lonely and depressing when the only one to talk to all week in a child...

I don't really get stir crazy, but I'm also constantly busy.  With four kids and a busy wife I always seem to be on the move.  Only 3 more Saturdays and the soccer league will be over!!!  I can only take so long of 3 soccer games every Saturday.  Before I know it summer will be here and then I'll have all four kids home.  Maybe drop the stir and just call me crazy!

Maybe it's got to do with your weather
If it's too cold for parks and outside stuff, then get out the mall or something that's indoors.  Chuckie Cheese or a play area for kids might keep everyone entertained.  The library will have a story time, or maybe there's a children's museum.

Adult stuff will be harder will younger kids, but soon I want to start fishing and see how my daughter behaves.

You might want to take her a couple of times before you make your mind up on the fishing part.   LOL    Kids really don't have the patience on waiting for a fish to bite.   LOL    Of course, your daughter might be different and I hope so...    I love fishing but my boys just don't have the patience for it..   Maybe in a few more years.
