When were the wild in exsistance? 2001. OH and in 2003 they were in the Western Conference Finals after beating top seeded Colorado Avalanche and 3rd seeded Vancouver Canucks. I'm glad you can rip on my team because now it gets personal there Randy.

Oh I forgot to mention. The Wild are a great team even with even salary caps throughout the League unlike baseball. Give me an excuse for that.

The Wild weren't in existence in 2000 because Minn was still being punished for being bad hockey fans by not filling the stadium for the North Stars.   Geez, a whole state full of hockey players can't even come out and support their team.  I'm surprised they were given a franchise back.

Randy, don't pay this guy any attention.  He only wishes his Twins were run even half as well as the Yanks.  If he was a real fan, he sure as heck wouldn't be rooting for the Sox.

BTW, SlapCrabbie, if you use profanity in your posts again, I'll start deleting them.  Mask the words if you feel you need to use them for emphasis, but I don't want to see them spelled out again.

To make your own point what has all that money gotten them the last few years?  teams with much lower payrolls have won.  So what difference does the payroll make?

That was so not true frobozz. It was because our **ckin owner didn't want to deal with the cold weather. The North Stars sold out 437 games before they left. The met center filled up over 19,500 people. The State wasn't being punished for bad hockey fans. Minnesota is the "STATE OF HOCKEY" don't even think that's a rip off of Hockey Town (REDWINGS). The Wild have sold out every single game since 2001 and that's including exhibition games too (300 +).

It's amazing the Twins can win their division almost every year with a 60 Million dollar salary cap compared to the Yanks 260 + million dollar cap which they can't win a ring with.

So because I am giving your yanks crap you are telling me that you are gonna delete my posts? I guess you take this stuff really seriously. See I was just messing around but I guess if you want to play dirty, I'll just back out.
