I just got in from mowing the yard, listening to some late-90s loud-n-fast and got to thinking, man, how awesome would White Zombie DLC be?

I'd just like to see some 80's Hair Metal bands - like Skid Row, Ratt, old Motley Crue, Quiet Riot, Dokken etc.  Nothing has really wow'd me since the Judas Priest and Rush downloads.

I'd love the entire Skid Row - Youth Gone Wild album - but I ain't holding my breath.  Or Ozzy - Diary of a Madman or Blizzard of Ozz.  And obviously ANY Iron Maiden.  :BNB:

Yea those bands would be great too - however - wouldn't we have to have 2 drummers for .38 Special's stuff? ;)

Seriously though - I've been so underwhelmed by the RB DLC as of late - maybe I'm just too old or something but I really don't want to "discover" new music - I like my old music and want THAT for DLC not new stuff.

Great White, Tesla, Warrant, Bulletboys, Tora Tora, Def Lep, Quiet Riot, Whitesnake, Dio, Iron Maiden, (more) Judas Priest, Slaughter, Queensryce, old Crue, Twisted Sister, Accept, Mr. Big, Extreme, Autograph, Kix, Kingdom Come, Cinderella, Skid Row, Dokken, Saxon, Ozzy and other 70's/80's/early 90's metal/hair metal or whatever you want to call it - that's what I want for DLC - not some new obscure song from form a band I've never heard of - or worse yet - a new obscure song from a band that has a 100 big hit songs from the past.

Oh God funny story time, when I was in high school I took Speech(to learn how to give speeches not cause I couldnt speak(before anyone tries anything funny)). Anyway there were 2 seniors in my class that were in a band together, a guitarist and a drummer. One day we had to bring something in a paper bag, you couldnt show anyone but you had to pick one of the bags(not yours) get in front of the class, open it and give a 2 minute speech about your object. Anyway the guitarist pulled a Widget in one of those little packets like you get in the school supply section at the grocery store. Anyway the Widget was made by a company named Empire, so here is this guy giving a speech about this Widget and in the middle of the speech he said "made by Empire, can you hear it calling", over half the class and the teacher was oblivious to what he said, the rest of us held our laughter in so he wouldnt get a bad grade, but I will never forget that.

Queensryche was (and still is) one of my favorites - I saw them on the tour for their EP (as well as Empire and Operation Mindcrime) - they opened for Twisted Sister.  I just remember being amazed how great they sounded live - loved Queen of the Ryche.

Cult one is really easy on guitar...I was hoping it'd be a little bit more involved, but I love the track anyway...
