soooo.. Im in but what if Im bodybuilding and trying to GAIN weight? lean muscle mass of course
Perfect.  About exercise not necessarily losing weight (for me it's both).  About getting in shape mainly.  Welcome aboard!  Don't forget to add your medal

maybe everyone could - if they want - mention what they're working on. For example, I've dropped a lot of weight lately with my job change. At my old job, I had plenty of time to nibble on whatever during the day, but I'm pretty much down to 3 meals (maybe - breakfast usually gets skipped) and some sort of snack in the afternoon. What I want to work on is getting in shape cardio-wise, building strength, etc.

That would be great and what this is about. Getting fit. We track workouts, but are more than interested in what we all are doing as we workout and get fit.

The first week is over and I have only heard from z_randy and rcpilot. If you worked out last week and didn't post in the check in thread, PM me and let me know and I will update our numbers. If you didn't get any work outs in because we just started no biggie, just remember you need to have two weeks in a row of workouts to move up to the next medal. This will take some getting used to. When we get up to speed look out!

So far we have a good start: :up:

  • Days Worked Out for week: 12 days
  • Days Worked Out from start: 12 days
  • Pounds Lost for week: 4 lbs
  • Pounds Lost from start: 4 lbs

Count me in get 20 class reuinon comeing up going to go join golds gym to day. But think if I cut out on the beer I lose some weigth but that going to be hard.

count me in if it's not too late.. I started a new workout routine 3 weeks ago, it's called crossfit:  www.crossfit.com  I am currently enrolled at www.crossfitaz.com   you can do all the exercises at home, but i feel that having others there pushes me harder... I will post results as they come.

Sorry it's late guys. Ramblin' Dad, z_randy, & rcpilot completed two weeks (if third week is done then they get upgraded to the green medal), and echocorder, mccormick83, and plano tony completed their fist week.  :up:

I'd like to join in if that's ok still...?  My goals would be to both lose weight and get in better physical condition, strength-wise and from a cardio standpoint.
