To the new guys wanting to join us
Every Friday, we post a thread in which each of puts our stuff (i.e., what exercise we did, how long, did we lose/gain weight, etc).

, we have a DaddyPlace group over there were you can use their training log for free - and it'll post up over there -- and, we can see how well we're doing as a group.
For the badge for the signature, I had to have somebody put it in for me ... LOL
